The paint systems are indicative examples of the various possibilities for the preservation of aluminium and stainless steel (Inox). The recommendations of paint systems for aluminium are based as standard on pure, unalloyed aluminium, also known as the 1000 series. The starting point here is cleanliness grade Sa2.5 of the surface according to the ISO 8501-1 standard.
When choosing a paint system, the final conditions to which the structure will be exposed must be taken into account: temperature, humidity, UV radiation, chemical and mechanical stress.
